Happy day

Hello blog,

I've been doing well this week with the exercise I think.

Went to the gym for 2 days already, and the rest of the week


I just hopped on the stepping machine.

What a good girl!

So I reward myself with " A Carb Eating Day" for today

Start with : 2 pieces of Toast with French onion spread for breakfast
Lunch was hugh ... all shared with my sisters : Italian Sausage Rocket Salad, Roast Beef Sandwich, Mussaka (baked eggplants with cheese), salmon sushi, few bites of pizza marinara and some TO DIE FOR Desserts! Baked apple tart and warm chocolate cake

Yummy Yummy...* all shared though*


and I am happy!

Oh Ow..

Been too lazy to update my diary..
Have I mentioned I skipped the Gym on Monday
so that I could go back to watch the re-run of
the Academy's award?

But hey, I did go on my stepping machine though
... been doing it every day for approx. 20 minutes
Love the sweat..


Anyway... My food diary for Thursday was a disaster

Breakfast : Coffee Bun
Lunch : Brown Rice with some stirred fried + Thai sweet (pumpkin,taro etc in the coconut milk)
Snacks : Iced Coffee
Dinner : A small box of Guava Juice and Pop Corns!

Exercise : 5 Km. Run on the stepping Machine

Skipping the Gym

I still got sore muscle from the workout on Saturday, not sure if that's normal.
Instead of going to the Gym today, I cancelled the training session with my PT
so that I can watch the Academy's award.

I know I know... That's not the excuse not to exercise, so I did 20 minutes on
the stepping machine, and did some crunches.

Still though, my weight just keep on piling up... I think something must be
wrong with my diet.. or maybe I eat too much fruits, hmm... or maybe I
develop the habit of eating carb before exercising, and I'm supposed to be
on the Low-Carb Diet! Oh well.., I guess I'll have to try to eliminate my
white starch eating habit again.


Food Diary for today

Breakfast : 1 fried egg, sauteed spinash + Soy Milk
Snacks : Forgot to eat
Lunch : Braised beef + Salad (with vinegar dressing)
Snacks : a big piece of papaya, + 1/2 Guavas & Green Tea
Dinner : 1 Onigiri & 3 pieces of pomelo

Food Diary Day 4 & 5

Saturday : Breakfast : Can't remember
Lunch : Pork Stewed Noodles (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหมูตุ๋น)
Dinner : Nutto(Fermented Bean) with Raw Fish + Kimpira
They all Japanese dish ...but surely healthy!


Sunday Breakfast - Porridge with honey and milk
Lunch - Some Chinese Banquet.. no good at all
Snacks : Nachos Cheese and Green Tea
Dinner : Stirred fried pork with Kimchi + Kimchi & Nutto(fermented bean) +Brown Rice


Evaluation : Not too bad but can cut down on rice and Nachos!

and I'm too fat to find a dress

Food Diary Day 3

Opps Forgot to post the food diary yesterday..but here we go

Breakfast :
Lunch : Pork Noodle Soup (without noodles though) + Guava + a Piece of Papaya
Dinner : ..... too much....
Snacks : Iced Coffee, some nuts

Exercise : 2 hours gym session... unsuccesful.. (as in no energy and I let my trainer down)

Lesson : Don't go to workout with empty stomach.. it'll make you hungry like hell and you'll ended up eating anything ..... ( I think I probably could eat a whole tray of Pizza)

Breakfast : Rice porridge with fish ( wasn't supposed to start a day with carb, but we ran out of food!) (ข้าวกล้องต้มปลา)

Lunch : Somtam/papaya Salad + Guava

Snacks : A scoop of Blackforest Ice-cream

Dinner : Stir Fried noodles with gravy(ราดหน้าหมู)

Exercise - an hour walk at the departmentstore

My Day


Nothing interesting about my day..
Nothing nothing...
Didn't even finish watching American Idol...

Gee... Been eating too much again

Breakfast : Krapao gai (Chicken with basil) + Brown Rice
Lunch : some kind of savoury pancakes + some Guava
Snacks : Strawberry Yogurt + some almonds
Dinner : Steam fished with stirred fried vegies.
Supper : A Burger King's Sundae

Maybe I should do some exercise today.
There were no birthday celebration because of work,
but did manage to see Johan before he goes back to Sweden
at the Foreign Correspondant club of Thailand

Thailand's political situation is hotter than ever!The Democratic Party's Leader was giving a talk at the club so, I managed to get some pictures of him. Didn't use the flash so it's kind of wobbly..
